VoxDiscover B.V. (in formation), currently operating as SegmentValue ZZP ("VoxDiscover", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data, and describes your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch data protection law.
1. Who We Are (Data Controller)For personal data we process about visitors to our website and prospective or existing clients, VoxDiscover is the

For personal data contained in voice interviews that we conduct on behalf of our business clients, VoxDiscover generally acts as a
data processor. See Section 7.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
a) Website and marketing data- Contact details you provide (name, email, company, phone) via forms, demo requests, or email
- Communications you send us
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9)
b) Client account data- Account holder name, business email, role, billing information, and login credentials for users of the VoxDiscover platform
c) Voice interview data (processed on behalf of clients)- Audio recordings of interviews
- Transcripts generated from those recordings
- Derived analysis such as sentiment scores, personas, and journey maps
- Any personal data a participant chooses to share during an interview
Voice recordings and their contents may constitute sensitive information. We handle this data under the instructions of our clients and with appropriate safeguards.

4. Voice Interview Participants
Transparency and Opt-Out (managed by the Users of the Voxdiscover Platform, who are responsible for compliance below)
Every interview conducted through VoxDiscover Should Begin with a clear disclosure that participants are speaking with an AI voice agent, and participants are given the opportunity to decline or end the interview at any time. If you are an interview participant and have questions about how your data is used, please contact the organization that invited you (our client), who acts as the controller for that interview. You may also contact us at max@voxdiscover.com and we will forward your request to the relevant client.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law:
- Website and inquiry data: typically up to 24 months after last contact
- Client account and billing data: for the duration of the contract plus statutory retention periods (e.g., 7 years for financial records under Dutch law)
- Voice interview data: for the period defined in our agreement with the relevant client, after which it is deleted or returned
6. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Sub-processors and service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, speech-to-text, voice synthesis, and AI language model providers), under data processing agreements
- Our business clients, where we process interview data on their behalf
- Professional advisers, authorities, or regulators where required by law
A current list of sub-processors is available on request. Our infrastructure is hosted within the EU (eu-central-1, Germany) with EU data residency for personal data.
7. Our Role as a Data Processor
When we conduct voice interviews for a client, that client determines the purposes and means of processing and is the
controller; we act as the
processor. In that role we:
- Process interview data only on documented instructions from the client
- Apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- Assist the client in responding to data subject requests
- Delete or return the data at the end of the engagement
The relationship is governed by a Data Processing Agreement between VoxDiscover and each client.
8. International Transfers
We aim to keep personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where a sub-processor is located outside the EEA, we ensure an adequate level of protection through mechanisms such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies to enable core functionality, remember preferences, and, with your consent, measure usage. You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Non-essential cookies are set only after you consent.
10. How We Protect Your Data
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security reviews. We are aligned with ISO 27001 practices, and SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
11. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (
Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. If you are an interview participant, direct data subject requests to the client who invited you, or contact us and we will assist.
12. Children's Data
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without appropriate consent.
13. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at www.voxdiscover.com/privacy, with the effective date shown at the top.
